Completely new in 2000, this bright and sunny home fronts on the Bass River with a deep water dock south of the Rt. 28 bridge and right next to a town beach. It features 4 beds and 3 baths in the main house and 1 bedroom, 1 bath and loft in the guest house/garage. You will spend most of your time in the first floor great room, which incorporates the gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas, with walls of glass and peaceful morning views of the river before it comes to life with interesting boating activity. A study, bath and home theater are also located on the main floor. Up the stairs and you reach 3 bedrooms serviced by one bath and the master suite with private bath and roof deck. The basement is finished for a great play/activity room for the kids on those occasional rainy days. The guest house/garage contains a 1 bedroom with loft efficiency apartment that will sleep 4 comfortably.
