This is a beautiful, recently built, tastefully furnished and professionally decorated four bedroom condo. On the main level, there is an eat-in kitchen, den, covered balcony, full bathroom and bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin size bed on top, full size bed on lower unit). There are hickory hardwood floors in the den and kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware.

On the top level there is a master bedroom with king bed, full bathroom and covered balcony. There is another bedroom with a queen size bed, an additional bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin size on top bunk, full size on bottom bunk), another full bathroom and washer and dryer.

All bathrooms have ceramic tile; balconies have rocking chairs for your comfort. There is also a hot and cold shower outside to rinse off. About a block from the beach, this condo is conveniently located; you won't want to leave!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We loved this condo and its convenient location!! We would highly recommend it to friends or relatives. It is a short walk to the beach, which we took advantage of each morning. It is also a short walk to "Pop's Ice Cream Shop" where we seemed to end up most evenings. The layout of the condo worked well for our extended family of eight. We enjoyed using the rocking chairs on the balconies for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings. In the afternoons we tended to split up to satisfy differing interests. Two of our group were UNCW grad students, so most of us had visited the area previously. We had a very relaxing week here, and hope to come back in the future. (Please note that there are stairs to each entry, with the front stairs shown in photos being the least steep)

PERFECT!

We have found the beach rental we will return to for years! Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of sleeping space and the outside shower is a MUST with young children! VERY close to the beach plus pleasant walking distance to the Carolina Lake for the evening concerts, childrens park, icecream stand and boardwalk. Plenty of under home parking space for four vehicles and quiet street. Relax on the two decks with rocking chairs... we didn't see many other places with chairs to relax in on the porches.
Overall, wonderful place to stay at the ocean! The price won't break your wallet and you won't feel like your missing anything! You defintly get more for your money! See you next summer...if not sooner!

We Keep Coming Back

This will be our third year renting this house and we really love it. Nicely decorated. Enough space for 2 families. Short, short walk to the beach. Who can ask for anything more.

Just been here 2 days and are enjoying every minute of it. Wonderful and comfortable place. Plenty of room for a 8 people or more. 5 minutes to the beach is accuate. Quiet street away from the beach but close to the beach. We visited the acquarium at Port Fish was a good place to visit on a rainy day. Would recommend to anyone. You can't go wrong with this place.
