This downtown retreat, in one of Asheville's historic buildings from the early 1900s, is located midway between Prichard Park and Pack Place. With this location, all of downtown’s varied activities are within a few blocks distance.
Our place is up fitted with quality components and amenities to make your stay in Asheville memorable. Furnishings include a fully-operational kitchen for our friends and guests desiring to prepare some of their own meals, even though Asheville boasts many unique quality restaurants and eateries.

Always looking for places to stay right downtown. It is located right off of College Street so it is within walking distance to everything. We rented a car and there are two parking garages located across the street from the apartment, which makes it easy. It's $10 a day to keep the car in the garage. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and there is everything you could possibly need including a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown. We will definitely be back!!

The location of the loft is excellent. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and attractions downtown. The loft is even nicer than the photos reflected. It was very clean and very well maintained.
I was a little disappointed that there was no coffee or laundry soap available. I would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

This unit was ideally located in the heart of downtown Asheville - within a stone's throw of everything! We parked our car in the adjacent garage and did not drive it the entire three days! Our condo was the perfect "home base" for easy jaunts around the city, and we loved exploring Asheville's eclectic shops, eating at its excellent restaurants, and listening to one-of-a-kind street performers. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot!
Great stay. the apartment is convenient to restaurants, shops and most of the sights in the city. We only took the car out of the nearby parking garage to go to sites outside of town and to supermarket. Everything was just steps away. the apartment was clean, quiet and roomy enough for 2 people.

Less than 3 night stays will be considered but an additional $75 cleaning fee shall be added to the lease rate.
