Top floor bedroom is 21 x 16 with en suite and breathtaking ocean view balcony. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, spacious open plan kitchen with dining area and lounge, all opening onto the wraparound veranda with gazebo and BBQ. Ground floor has 3 double bedrooms and spacious family room, 34 x 16, with cozy pellet stove. There are two driveways wide enough for boats and RVs and a double garage, perfect for storing and working on bikes, kayaks or diving equipment. Enjoy exploring this picturesque boutique village and surrounding Cowichan Valley, dubbed 'Napa Valley North' which boasts over 12 excellent vineyards, and artisans' studios to nourish the soul.
