Location-Location-Location!: Our brand new unit is located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Take a short walk to many nice restaurants, beach bars, or shopping. Located on property is a zero entry pool, sauna, and a fully equipped fitness room with a full wall of glass overlooking the Gulf. Living Area: The living room provides amazing ocean views with ample seating. Included is a classic sofa with queen sized sleeper, two beautiful custom upholstered chairs, and additional chair with ottoman.

A full size washer and dryer is located in the utility closet. The bar area includes a sink with built in wine cooler. The dining area features well appointed lighting with a table that seats six.
