This newly constructed first floor condo sleeps up to 6 people and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you'll want or need. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds (can be pushed together), and a queen-size hideaway sleeper couch located in the living room. This non-smoking unit is setup with contemporary mountain interior furnishings to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Winter Park is located 90 miles from Denver International Airport, with easy access via West I-70 (65 mi) to Hwy 40 (25 mi). Trailhead Lodges are located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, immediately behind the recently redone Hideaway Park. The Park offers a playground, skate park, sledding hill, fire pits, and is a wonderful hangout for everyone summer and winter. Concerts and festivals are held here throughout the summer months. The slopes of Winter Park resort are on the free shuttle route and are about 2 miles away. All the shops, restaurants, and amenities of the Town of Winter Park are within walking distance of the condo. To add to this, the incredible Rocky Mountain National Park is just 30 miles away, with the quaint towns and lakes of Tabernash, Granby, Grand Lake, and Estes Park all within a relatively short driving distance. This is the place to be year round!

Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. By far the BEST place we have ever stayed in and perfect place for our family of five. Being on the first floor was wonderful for the kids and the sledding hill next to your place wasn't so bad either! We are hoping to return next year.
