Reservation Policy:
A deposit of 25%, or one night –whichever is greater– is required to guarantee a reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may call or email to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card#, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. Or provide us with the information when booking online.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. Payment by bank check (please send by registered airmail and fax us a copy of the check), or swift transfer is also possible (please contact us for account details). The deposit will be credited to your account when it is received. The balance due on your reservation is to be paid at time of check-in.
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all reservations. Requests for less than 3 nights may be accepted at Owners’ discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
If your reservation is canceled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus 10% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded. Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete deposit. Reservations canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).
Because we are very strict with our cancellation policy under all circumstances, we highly recommend getting travel insurance to protect you in the case it becomes necessary to cancel at the last minute.
