The main part of the home has a large living room with a 52-inch screen TV, and office (with a queen bed), two-bedrooms (master bedroom with king bed, bedroom two also has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, and a lanai off the bedroom. The pool and lanai are on the South East side of the home. Watch the sunrise from your lanai, and enjoy sun on the pool almost all day long. This area is the Estate area of Marco Island with affluent homes, large lots, beautiful vegetation, and wildlife. The canals are filled with manatees and occasional dolphins, as well as the best fishing in Marco Island. Our beautiful white sandy beaches are less than 5 minutes away.
