Our location is perfect for guests who love the beach and want to maximize their beach time. About Villa Akira: Villa Akira was designed by Balinese architect Ketut Arthana. Arthana is internationally recognized for his insightful work in designing luxury residences, tropical resorts and spas throughout Asia, Hawaii, North America and Europe including the elegant Puri Woolandari hotel in Bali, one of the Small Leading Hotels of the World. The villa was initially designed and constructed in Bali from Indonesian ironwood. It was disassembled and shipped to Costa Rica where it was carefully reconstructed by a team of Balinese craftsmen. This truly is one of the most unique homes in all of Costa Rica.

Villa Staff: The Bali House is staffed by a manager/concierge, housekeeper, security guard, gardener, daily pool service, and maintenance staff. Your Concierge will be happy to arrange transportation to the house, reserve tours, hire a private chef, or anything else you need during your stay.
