Steps from the beach, yet nestled in a dense forest of live oaks, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bath residence is a great opportunity to experience a luxurious home in a private community and close to the ocean. Enter through a solid stained mahogany door into the foyer. The foyer and first floor are adorned with imported Italian porcelain tile and 24 foot ceilings. Off the foyer, the library has a 12-foot high wall with hand made bookcases and a fireplace that adds warmth and charm--a great place to read or play games. The formal dining room features nature views through oversized windows. Crown molding creates the perfect setting for special dinners. The dining room is connected to the kitchen with a pass through, which has a built-in desk, utility room access with oversized washer and dryer.
