***Please note $165 nightly rate includes everything--taxes, fees and cleaning***, Quaint, centrally located Princeville condo is an affordable, comfortable and conveniently located home base in a lovely area. Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-level condo also features a modern equipped kitchen, dining area, lanai, living room and washer/dryer. Most of the furniture is new and made of bamboo and other sustainable materials. We've decorated with vintage Hawaiian art. There are ceiling fans in every room, closet and storage space throughout. One of our bedrooms has a desk with work space and cable ready internet access. Our linen service supplies fresh bed sheets and towels for each new guest and we provide modern kitchen appliances, cookware, dishware, beach supplies...mostly everything you'll need to be comfortable during your stay. During your down time, enjoy cable television in every room, an extensive movie library and a record player with an eclectic mix of vinyls.

Quaint, centrally located Princeville condo offers more intimacy than many other Princeville complexes...here there are only 10 duplexes, 20 units total in lush surroundings. It's an affordable, comfortable and conveniently located home base in a lovely area.

The area around the property is lush. There are plants in view from every window. At night, you can look up at the stars from the master bed. There are mountain 'Bali Hai' views, views of Hanalei Bay, and occasionally waterfalls in view from the other bedrooms. The neighborhood is exceptionally clean, safe and quiet. Our vacation rental is perfect for people who desire an affordable, tasteful and conveniently located home base in a lovely area, while they enjoy their Kauai adventure.

Other Activities: Rock climbing, boating, shopping, kayaking, wildlife viewing.
