This home has everything you need to relax and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer. The house is located on a quite residential street on a very private lot. The home has hardwood floors throughout the first floor with a large, eat-in kitchen. Two large bedrooms, one with two twin beds that can be pulled together and one queen bed, are upstairs with a full bath. A third bedroom is downstairs with a double bed. A futon in the family room can be used for little ones, as well. The charming living room has a wood burning fireplace! The home provides an outdoor gas grill, a picnic table and chairs, beach chairs, a washer and drier, microwave, DVD player, cable TV, and is fully furnished.
