You can't get closer to the beach than this! The beach is at the end of an expansive deck. Views and ocean breezes are phenomenal. Sit on one of the quaint benches at the top of the stairs leading down to the beach and you have found the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean, the activities on the beach by day and the stars at night -- and just a few steps down and you're on the perfect beach with its pristine, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Two outdoor showers, one is private with its own dressing room. And a hot tub on the deck! Soak and take in the ocean.

A comfortably furnished, well decorated main floor is just one flight of steps up from ground level. Two lovely bedrooms are off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a center island with seating and adjoins the dining area. A top floor master suite has its own private balcony with spectacular views. There's even a large jacuzzi facing the ocean.

There is a fourth little bedroom with a futon, TV and DVD and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room so the house can accommodate up to ten guests.

You'll find wireless internet, books, board games and a library of DVDs and CDs.

Wonderful Get away!

We loved this beach house! We had a wonderful time beach combing and store is close enough to get what you need. The hot tub was just right for us. (2 adults) We had one minor issue and the owner took care of it right away. We slept to the sound and view of the ocean. The view was breath-taking. It was just right for our family of four. Exactly what we needed!

I've stayed at Blue Roof seven times in the past two years so I guess that should say something! I love listening to the ocean while I sleep and being able to walk out the back door and view the morning sunrise, see dolphins swimming, and shrimp boats passing by. The boardwalk offers stairs directly onto the beach where sea glass and sharks' teeth can be easily found. Blue Roof is always clean and the hot tub on the deck and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom make it a great place to go to get away from the stressors of life! Topsail Island is a sea turtle sanctuary and I noticed in the visitor's book that one year the guests in June observed a female loggerhead lay eggs right below Blue Roof's boardwalk and the guests in August of that year saw the baby turtles hatch out. What more could you ask! I highly recommend Blue Roof to anyone that wants a great place to stay on Topsail Island.

when evacuated from our vacation on Hatteras Island due to Hurricane Irene, we were so blessed to be able to spend a few days in this amazing home. actually, amazing doesn't at all do it justice. i wouldn't know how to begin to express the glorious beauty of the view, the house, the furnishings, the convenience, the cleanliness, the appointments, and the extreme kindness of the owner. THIS PROPERTY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. i wish i could afford a vacation to North Topsail Beach every few weeks. i would always be completely refreshed and ever so happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE ROOF. lori isner

Perfect vacation getaway

What a wonderful place!!!! We arrived Saturday afternoon and only left for groceries and to play putt-a-golf. Everything about this is fantastic from the top floor master bedroom with the sliding doors to its own private porch, to the hot tub out on the lower porch. We loved this spot. I have to say this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. All we did was sit in the sun, swim in the ocean and eat. The kitchen was very nice also. We would love to go back again actually we didn't want to leave. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation

RELAXATION!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful beach-private and clean. You can hear roar of the ocean day and night. House was clean and bright. Mac Daddy's Grill was a nice way to finish off our week with a great dinner and an awesome view of the pier and surfers. Owner very attentive when an issue came up. We saw dolphins on the first day.

Thank you for this opportunity. Would encourage who wants a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle to stay here
