This property is a brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanfront condo on the ground floor. Single level condo with 2 off street parking spaces. Large glass doors for unbelievable views from entire house. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private master bathroom. Master is complete with basic cable flat screen, sound system with iPod dock, and complete home automation. Second bedroom has 2 full size beds accompanied by a flat screen equipped with basic cable. Kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel GE Monogram appliances and flat screen. Dining table for six as well as a bar that seats 4. Kitchen and Living area are very open. Very roomy. Living room comes equipped with 52'' DirecTV HD DVR flat screen. It also has DVD Player, Apple TV and sound system. Please ask where to see an updated calendar.
