Our fully furnished air conditioned 3 bedroom townhome is located at the prestigious resort of Emerald Island and only 3 miles from Disney
Emerald Island is the perfect base for your Disney vacation offering a wide selection of restaurants and fantastic shopping a few minutes away.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the 4000 square foot Clubhouse is the centre of activity for everyone. It contains the following features, a community lounge for informal get together, swimming pool and sun loungers, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness center, volleyball sand court, computer room for guest access to the internet, video games room, and children’s play area. A tennis court with a separate swimming pool/Jacuzzi is located close to the clubhouse and only a short walk from our property. The clubhouse is very near for trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the communities natural woodland setting.
The range of activities is endless, shop till you drop, soak up the sun, shake hands with Mickey. You will not want to leave.
The home will accommodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, TV (cable) clock/radio, telephone and access to a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and telephone while bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. There is also a master bathroom shared by bedroom 2 and 3.
The open plan home has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a separate laundry room (washer and dryer) and a separate half bathroom. The sofa opens to a double bed if required. TV (Cable) and DVD are provided in the lounge with a telephone in the kitchen. Local calls are free..
