The home also features a washer/dryer, high speed internet access, surround sound stereo, video game system, board games, bocce ball, croquette set, horseshoes, grill and outdoor cabana shower. The ground floor has a picnic table... a great place to relax and watch the kids play. It's also a convenient place to sit while unloading and cleaning off after the beach.
Both balconies have fantastic views of the beach, lagoons, large palm trees, and the beautiful Pointe West community. The bottom balcony has a large iron table and chairs and a marble top bistro table and chairs. The upstairs balcony is off the master bedroom and has 4 rocking chairs (2 adult and 2 kid sizes). The house faces east so the balconies are shaded in the evening. It’s a perfect place to enjoy the breeze and listen to the sound of the waves!
