There is a large family room with sliding patio door to the balcony and a Kitchen-diner and utility room with all appliances with French doors to the balcony. There are two additional guest bedrooms with bathroom & 'Jack & Jill' half bath. Opposite also is a completely separate toilet & washstand basin which can be used by anyone in the house. Sanibel & Captiva Islands are 25 minutes and Naples is 30 minutes!
