I will rate my 10 day stay as good for this rental property.
The property is quite new/clean and conveniently located in downtown Richardmond. The pool, jaccuzy, gym was nice and we used a lot during our stay. The last but not the least, the price is attactive. Some drawbacks for people who cares for these. 1. Only one set of keys is provided and almost you need the key to get everywhere in the building. So, it's a little unconvenient if you have more than one ppl and do not want to be together all the time. 2. The bedding is definitely not "5 star". You will be dissappointed if you are expecting this. 3. The cooking ware is not sufficient if you are planning cooking. But there are quite some nice/inexpensive restraunts around. 4.They have pretty strict check in/check out procedure and asked for a good amount of damage deposit. Though there is no unpleasant thing happened to us, the practice makes us uneasy. If you are the type looking for hommy feeling, probably this is not your choice.

As per requests, we will supply 2 sets of keys and fobs to guests who are booking for 4 or more people. In turn, our guests will have more freedom to go in and out of the suite and at anytime they wish.
We have always tried our best to make our guests feel like they are staying at a “hotel”. All our beds and bed settings were purchased brand-new in April of this year. As for the cookware in the kitchen, they were also purchased brand-new – pots / pans / cutlery / utensils / plates / cups / mugs / bowls / water boiler / toaster / coffee maker, etc.
As for the check-in/check-out procedures, it might have taken some time to complete, but we just wanted our guests to feel more at ease & to enjoy their stay. Therefore we would take the courtesy of showing them how the TV, DVD player, internet, stove, microwave, dish washer, and washer/dryer worked and show them where we supplied the daily use items – all-in-all saving our guests time, so that they would not need to figure it out later on.
The security deposit was just an added precaution to ensure that the supplies in our suite can be well-used with manner, and we have emphasized that the deposit would not be processed unless something was broken or lost. We also emphasized that the original deposit slip will be returned to our guest during check-out.
