Charming house in ideal location in Santa Monica, walking distance to miles of sandy beach, 22 miles of bike and rollerblade paths, and the Santa Monica Pier. World class restaurants on nearby Main St, and Abbott Kinney Blvd. Walk to destination boutiques, coffee houses, and art galleries. Famous Sunday farmers market with pony rides and free bicycle valet. World renowned yoga and fitness studios just blocks away. If you are driving, we are close to the 10 freeway and US1 Pacific Coast Hwy for easy day trips to Malibu, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Getty museum, Universal Studios, Santa Monica mountain hiking/riding trails. If not, local buses to theatres, Third St Promenade and citywide are available.
