Our condo is centrally located on Panama City Beach in the Open Sands area, just minutes from shopping and dining. Our condo is 100% beachfront and has 3 swimming pools to enjoy. There’s even a Starbucks onsite! You can easily take advantage of the nearby beaches (beach towels and sunscreen provided), visit the Zoo, Shipwreck Island Water Park, or just about anything else you can imagine within minutes of our condo. Less than 1 mile from our condo is Pier Park, a Simon Properties 'Signature Project' serving as the premier shopping destination for the Panama City market and the entire Emerald Coast. Pier Park is an approximately 1.1 million square foot open-air regional lifestyle center, bringing unique shopping, tourist attractions and dining to the Panama City Beach area. If you prefer to “stay in”, our kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of cooking gear, top of the line GE appliances, slow cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
