Fantastic view of the ocean and beach from this top floor completely remodeled condo. New furniture, linens, dishes, appliances, cabinets and tile floors for this unit. The front of the condo is a balcony looking directly to the ocean & beach. You are just feet away from the beach. Olympic size outdoor pool just feet away with an heated indoor Olympic pool just steps . Sea dip has a Shuffle board game, BBQ area, and laundry facilities on site.

Great location for local events including Daytona 500, Bike Week, and Spring Break events. Great location for couples or for families. This unit has a queen size bed and a sofa that also lets out for a second bed. This is a great place to relax.

My husband and two daughters stayed here and it was awesome! The view from the balcony is beautiful! The condo was very clean and cozy! My daughters slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable. The girls really enjoyed the well kept pool. It was very clean and never crowded. The beach was absolutely gorgeous! We are planning another trip soon and are staying here again!!!

My husband, my three year old daughter and I stayed here for about a week. It was just perfect for us. The view from the balcony was great! Being up on the top floor was nice and quiet. The facility has an indoor and outdoor pool which we enjoyed when it got rainy. The room was nice and clean. The apliances were in great condition. FYI if your gonna turn the microwave on turn the lamps off first. We learned that the hard way but it wasn't a big deal. I just think the microwave is newer than the electrical. We would gladly stay there again if we ever go back.

We went down for a week and we loved it. Rick's place was everything it is said to be. Very clean, with a great view, and really pretty quiet in the building. We would recommend this for anyone that wants an affordable place to stay in daytona beach. It was located near everything you needed. Perfect place to get away and relax. The beach is very close and easy to walk to. Thanks Rick we loved it.

Unit was very clean and right on the beach. They had 2 great pools and a stock kitchen. We enjoyed the resort and the Daytona Beach area a lot and can't wait to go back again!

My husband and I just returned from this location. We were very pleased with the condo and all the amenities-the listing is very accurate. As a matter of fact we were surprised at how close we were to everything! No more than a walk away from shopping and dining on each side.We enjoyed the ocean sunrise from the balcony-very private, quit neighbors and a very pleasant staff. I would recommend this condo to anyone, it's clean and has a nice set up with plenty of room. It allows you a private key access to the ocean or pool-inside or out. I would also recommend you dine at Ms. Catfish's -less than 3 miles down the strip. Had a AWESOME time and got a bargain price! Can't wait to go again in the spring!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
