The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We have a two car garage.
Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Master bedroom has a nice view of the Gulf and a double vanity bathroom with tub and shower. It has a king size bed. TV and DVD. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and its own bathroom and TV, The third bedroom has two twin beds, walk in closet and bathroom. We also have a sofa bed. The unit will sleep up to 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave and frig with ice maker, dishwasher, electric range and oven. WASHER AND DRYER FULL SIZE

This is a large condo, about 2,000 sq. feet with a large furnished deck overlooking the Gulf. We have a two car garage.
VERY CLOSE TO SHOPPING OUTLET CENTER
The pool is heated and it has restroom facilities.

Spacious and comfortable, private and safe. Right across from the beautiful Miramar beach and one block away from the famous 'right on the beach' Pompano Joe's restaurant.

Nicely located and very spacious unit

Beach was a short walk across parking lot. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Having option for pool onsite and elevator was nice. Everything we needed in unit or within walking or 5 min drive. Even though it was a busy time during spring break the property was very quiet and relaxing. We all enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Quiet, clean and convenient

This condo was spacious and accurately described. The only thing that might make the property better would be a hot tub, especially when visiting in the cooler months. Very fair price too! The garage is such a bonus especially if renting cart or have clubs to store. Would be a nice bonus if there was a beach wagon and perhaps some chairs but I am sure that is hard to maintain if people are not respectful with property.

Great Location & Space

This is a great location that is close enough to a lot of non-beach activities without being in the middle of it all. The views are great and the rooms are very spacious. Very quiet complex and the garage was a great perk to keep the car from baking all day.

The perfect spot for my family

The condo was great. Gorgeous views. Very short walk across the street to the beach. Located near shops and dining. Had a great vacation and would 100% recommend this spot and will consider staying here again. Owner was pleasant to communicate with as well.

We enjoy our condo so much. We keep it in mint condition for our family and guests. My wife and I always look forward to sit at the large deck and watch the sunset there. It is the perfect break for me as a busy surgeon in Ohio !

Why they chose this property

We chose that location because of being right on the beautiful Miramar Beach and it is so close to the major Destin attractions, shopping areas and restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's , Kenny D's and The Crab Trap. This is not a crowded busy high rise building, but a quiet residential community. Love my condo on the top third floor of the building with such a large deck overlooking the Gulf.
The onsite property manager keeps the pool and grounds in excellent condition

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the privacy of this complex. This is a large 3 BR and 3 BTH unit ( about 2,000 sq feet) with a dedicated 2 car garage and a nice heated pool with restroom facilities. The elevator comes right up next to our front door. We have a FULL SIZE washer and dryer and the unit is fully equipped. We keep it in mint condition for our family and guests to enjoy. .
