Living room, large eat-in kitchen, dining room,two car garage. Includes full club privileges (heated pools & spas, restaurants, bar, tennis courts, pool hall, exercise rooms, two golf courses). Within minutes you can enjoy all the amenities of the Chandler and Phoenix metropolitan areas that include fine restaurants, major league professional teams including baseball spring training, casinos, auto racing, beautiful parks, and great shopping. The Phoenix airport is only twenty minutes away. Tucson is 90 minutes.

Our hosts had thought of everything. It was the little things that we found in the cupboards and bathrooms that made our stay so comfortable.
Very clean, and convenient to everything we planned on doing in the Phoenix area.
We are looking forward to coming back.

Our month in the rental on Moonshadow Drive was glorious. We wanted for nothing and everything and more that we needed was provided. It was wonderful to find such a beautiful home that was also "pet friendly" and Chance loved it too. I highly recommend this property and will rent it again if we return to Sun Lakes. Thank You Bob, our experience with you and renting this property was nothing but positive!!
