It is directly on the ocean, spacious (2000+ square feet), beautifully furnished and equipped, with a huge patio, large living-dining-kitchen area, and an oceanfront master suite to die for! Seacrest 102 is one of only 7 units (only 2 of which are rentals) in a very exclusive condominium in Vilano Beach, just one mile from historic downtown St. Augustine. Seacrest 102 was first placed on the rental program in July 2009 and was never lived in before that...., so, you will enjoy everything new! The living-dining area is larger than the typical condo, and you will love the completely equipped chef's kitchen with granite and stainless. A huge patio makes outdoor living perfect! The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely decor, and private baths. All have televisions, and wireless Internet is available throughout. You will love this property!

Vilano Beach is a charming and peaceful beach community just 5 minutes from downtown historic St. Augustine. The beach is wide, quiet, and perfect for swimming, surfing, shelling, and walking! It is made even nicer by the fact that excellent restaurants are available within one mile, and all the attractions, shopping, and tours of St. Augustine are just across the bridge! St. Augustine is America's 'Oldest City' and it is a charming little town, filled with history, attractions, great restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, and more. Also in the surrounding areas are fun attractions such as two huge outlet malls, a great kids' entertainment center, and many golf courses! Day trips to Sea World, The Magic Kingdom, Marineland, and the Kennedy Space Center are easy from our location. In spite of the many activities available near by, many of our guests are happy to enjoy the quiet beach and comfortable elegance of Seacrest 102. You may never want to leave!

  • The master bath is a retreat unto itself! Fully tiled, it contains a double vanity, large soaking tub, and separate shower. The other two bathrooms have tub-shower combination. In addition to the three full baths, there is an outdoor shower on the dune walkover which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

All bathrooms are tiled, with raised counters, top quality linens, and excellent cabinetry.

Notes: Seacrest 102 is somewhat formal in style, although extremely comfortable. Families with babies and toddlers are welcome with the understanding that the furnishings are more upscale and formal than most vacation homes. Seacrest 101 is suitable for elderly or infirm guests. The doorways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, everything is on one level, and the master bath has a separate shower.

The Serenata Club has three huge pools, snack bar by the pools, structured activities for children and a full time activities director, a lovely indoor-outdoor dining room and bar, spa for adults only, work out facility, rentals of kayaks and other beach toys, and much more. Tenant members now have golf privileges at Marsh Landing Country Club! Contact the manager for details.
