House has high quality features including Thermadore gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler and granite counter tops. Flooring is Saturnia marble on the first floor and natural hardwood on the second. Location is in a private gated neighborhood that is close to Vero's best shops and restaurants. Lap pool (60') is great for exercise and has a play area for children. Home offers over 3400 sf of a/c space with the best oceanfront views available in the area. Property has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Master has a king bed and guest rooms have queens. All three bedrooms have outstanding ocean views. Both subdivision and lot have private entry gates. Garage offers inside parking for one car and driveway can handle 3-4 others. Second floor views from the kitchen, dining area and family room are unobstructed.
