This unit comes with WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT, CABLE TV in Livingroom and Bedrooms, DVD and VCR, MICROWAVE, GAS BARBECUE and FIREPLACE. Two narrow parking spaces also come with this unit. This property is in a great location, you are just steps away from the beach and the bay. Restaurants, biking, sailing, surfing, volley ball and shopping are all within walking distance. There is something for everyone at Mission Beach! Sea World, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego, Museums, Wild Animal Park, Seaport Village, Coronado, La Jolla and Airport are all within 15 minutes.

A Great Getaway Place

This is a great place with all the amenities of home!!!! A wonderful place for a family vacation. The neighbors are friendy and quiet.

It's very well maintained and very relaxing. The patio is fantastic and private.

It's one block from the beach on one side and a block from the bay on the other with great walking and bike trails in both locations. There's a bike rental, Cheap Rentals, about 4 blocks away. Crystal Pier is about 40 minute walk with plenty of restaurants and shops along the beach.

We thoughly enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to returning for another vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: There are restaurants and shops within a 5 to 10 minute walk, you don't need to walk all the way to Chystal Pier to get to them. But it is a fun walk with lots of great restaurants and shops along the way. We are so glad Lou and Bonnie had a good time!

Loved Our Time Here

We have visited here more than once and loved our time spent here. The location is perfect. Once you arrive you don't need to get in car if you don't want to. The beach is a quick walk away and there are many good places to eat nearby. There are also many fun attractions close by if you do want to go outside of Mission Beach. We found some fun places to shop that were just a short car ride away.

The property itself was as amazing as I expected. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything that you might need was already there. We decided to BBQ one night and just needed to bring the food. There is a Ralph's nearby. I have walked there before but if you are getting a lot it might be worth driving.

Our time here was so much fun and we would definitely recommend this property to any family or friends. It is an all around good find!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
