This complex is a great location for being near downtown Kailua Kona, yet you are right across the street from the beautiful Kona Coast Sunsets, fun restaurants and convenient shopping. You'll find treasures at the Kona International Marketplace, find local and exotic fresh fruits at several Farmer's Markets & sip world-famous Kona coffee where it's grown. This one bedroom, two bath condo was recently remodeled with simplicity in mind, and is very comfortable for a couple. We have tried to make our condominium as complete as possible for your enjoyment while on the Big Island of Hawaii. There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 During Ironman and Christmas. This is a non-smoking, no pets complex. Hawaii Tax ID: W60129136-01

The only negative thing I will comment on is the noise from the highway. It was impossible to sit out on the lanai and enjoy the view. Traffic is very heavy, motorcycles, mopeds etc made it extremely noisy.

For convenient location, it cannot be beat if you want to be within walking distance of all the Kona shopping, dining and other experiences.We found it a very suitable space for two people. Very clean and well maintained and equipped with most of the items you will require for short and long term stay.
