Roman Holiday will meet your every expectation for a vacation to remember.

Wide, gracious porches compliment the grandeur of this spacious 3-story beach home located on a gulf front lane in Old Seagrove Beach. The home has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own private bath plus a bunk alcove.

Enter into a welcoming ground floor foyer that leads to two private suites, one with a King bed and private bath and the other with two Queen beds and private bath.

On the second floor, you will find the great room with open living area, dining room and adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar. The large kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and new appliances to make meal preparation a delight. This floor also includes a half bath.

The top floor features two more bedroom suites - one with a King bed and bath and the other with a Queen bed and bath. Outside the master suite is a bunk alcove, ideal when kids need to be close to their parents.

Enjoy the wonderful views of the Gulf from the balconies on the second and third floors. The beach walkway is directly out your back door and just 100 steps to the sand. Panoramic Gulf views and a private pool add the finishing touches to an already perfect vacation home.

Just 1/2 mile from the blinking red light at Seaside, and 1 1/2 miles from the new Publix, Roman Holiday is convenient to almost everything.

Parking for 4 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful vacation! The home is absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly for large families. The ocean views from the third floor balcony are amazing. My kids and their friends really enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub. The home is very close to Seaside, so we would simply walk to the restaurants and shops. We plan on returning next year.

Great Week for Spring Break

We had a great time. The house was better than expected. The layout of the house with the bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floor is ideal for a big group. Easy access to a great beach. Grocery store was just a few minutes drive down the road. We could not find out how to turn on the pool jacuzzi water jets.

Great House!!!

Roman Holiday is a great house! So many positives I don't know where to start. I think my favorite feature was the ice maker. It is separate from the fridge ice maker and great for filling up coolers. The gas grill was a nice perk. Most houses down there have cheap and small charcoal ones. The house is very spacious and well layed out for multiple families. Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own bathroom which is very nice. The pictures of the large family area do not do it justice. It is very spacious and flows right in to the kithcen. The kitchen is well supplied with any utensil, pot, pan etc you could need. Large pantry to store food is great. The house is up to date with all its features. Pool is just the right size for the kids and provides a nice break from the beach. The walk to the beach is very short...you are basically right on the beach. There are 2 showers outside the house to clean off after getting back from the beach. One has hot water!! This is great if you have kids that hate to get washed off with very cold water. Great location as well. Close to seaside . I really have nothing but great things to say about this house. We plan on staying here in the future.

Nice Beach house nice owner and good location

We enjoyed our stay at Roman Holiday for spring break. It's a nice house in a good location close to the beach and Seaside. Things I would suggest improving upon. The house is in need of some basic maintenance, entry steps broken and crumbling, hot tub was not functional and the furniture was pretty warn out from rental damage. We did find the house spacious and reasonably comfortable, the owner and his rental agency were polite responsive and helpful. Solid house but this was our third trip to the area and we probably won't return to this house. I think we can do better. Thanks
Owner's Response: I am very sorry that you will not be returning next year. I feel that we went out of our way to make your visit great. Most of the furniture is only 2 years old and in great shape! The brick stairs that you mentioned were hit by the previous guest and could not be repaired in time for your visit. In the 4 years we have owned this home we have never had anything but glowing reviews and return customers.
We appreciate your feedback however and will continue to look for ways to improve our home.

Great Seagrove Location

This was a great location for my large group. We had 11 total people (3 adults and 8 teens) the whole week and it never felt like we were on top of eachother. Easy access to a beach (maybe a 100 yard walk?) that was far enough away from Seaside (1 mile) that we did not have a swarm of Spring Break teenagers. However, we were close enough to Seaside that our teens could walk or bike. Easy access to several restaraunts, shops, grocery store, etc.

The only negatives: the house is a corner lot of 30A, so there is traffic noise. However, this is probably hard to avoid at any house. And there is construction of a new house next door. We got a lot of noise from trucks, and hammering, and sawing, etc. Neither of these negatively impacted our stay thought... they just were there.
