This attractive, first floor (ground floor) condo is located in the Villas at Island Club, a gated community which offers 2 heated outdoor pools with hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, a clubhouse with game room, air hockey and fitness machines. It is conveniently located just 5 miles from Disney World, and is a short drive to other major attractions such as Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World, MGM Studios, Wet-n-Wild, Kennedy Space Center, Pleasure Island, the Daytona Race Track and Orange Lake Golf Club, among other championship golf courses. It is within minutes of restaurants and shopping malls.

This bright, clean, fully furnished condo affords all of the amenities of home with: 3 bedrooms; a full kitchen equipped with silverware, cookware, dinnerware, etc.; dining room; living room and two bathrooms. Other amenities include: television with cable, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and air conditioning. The patio backs up to a picturesque, wooded area. Bedding and towels are included.
