Our house is located just minutes from the all new 'Pier Park' (nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft., yes one million sq. ft., of Retail Shops & Entertainment plus a WAVE 16 Screen Theater) and the quaint but comically crowded beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor & Rosemary. The kids will love 'Shipwreck Island Water Park', even if its simply to wash off the salt, located just a ten minute drive east of the house. Also, we have nearby a new Orvis endorsed piscatorial shop and guide service specializing in fly and light tackle fishing in the shallow waters of West Bay (boat launch less than 15 min. from our house). For those adults also seeking a little night time entertainment, Ebro greyhound park is less than a 1/2 hour away.
