Charming lake front condo, located back in quiet cove. Relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the Main Channel at the 21-mile marker.

This Non Smoking Condo is located in the Heart of Osage Beach. Just minutes from all the shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family! One of the nicest golf courses in the area is located next door, or if you prefer, minutes away you can shop at the World Class Factory Outlet Mall with over 100 shops. Close by there are many restaurants to choose from, ranging from casual to fine dining.

Our lake level condo is meticulously maintained and cleaned. We have fully-equipped this Condo with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Queen-size bed and Queen-size sofa sleeper, fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, patio furniture, and a gas grill so you can relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony. Enjoy swimming in the lakeside pool or fishing from one of the docks.

We don't think you should have to worry about bringing linens or having to clean our unit before you leave. We just want you to enjoy your time away! We look forward to hearing from you! Why Don or Karen Fawcett chose Osage Beach

We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 4 condos in Heron Bay.

What makes this condo unique

Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.

We are centrally located in Osage Beach, at the 21 mile marker, right on the lake. We are just .5 miles away from Sugar Creek Golf Course, 1 mile from Lake Regional Hospital, 3.3 miles from the 100 Store Outlet Mall and within approximately 2 miles from dinning, family activities: go carts, movie theater, water park, miniature golf, post office, banks, library and individual shops.

This condo is exactly how it has been described. The owners are very friendly and flexible and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. If you like to have some quiet time at the lake, then you definitely want to stay in this condo that is back in the cove and you still have a beautiful view of the lake. Also, these condos were within 4 miles of shopping and dinning.
My husband and I highly recommend renting this condo. We definitely will be back!

Street Level Entry Perfect for Seniors!

My husband & I stayed at this Condo and found the street level entry perfect for us. The pool was right next to us, and we could sit out on the deck and view the lake and the pool. Very relaxing and beautiful view. Restaurants and shopping were all nearby, as well as activities for the kids. Boat Rental within walking distance. We will definitely be staying again, and have recommended to our family and friends, that if they are going to the lake, they need to stay here. Owners were very friendly and accommodating and even sent us a Thank You note for staying at their condo. See you next year!
