'THE FORT' is 13 acres located on Folly Beach, a barrier island only 9 miles from downtown, historic Charleston. The property encompasses 9 acres of marsh land and 4 acres of high ground. Very private living space with great ocean and marsh views, yet accessible to everything. No houses within 1500 feet on oceanfront or marsh. No comparable property at folly beach! The Fort is connected to the main road, East Ashley Avenue, by a private causeway. The swimming and surfing beach, known as 'The Washout' to locals, is right across the street with unobstructed ocean views.

  • Weekly summer rate: $1300.00 (includes cleaning, taxes, linens and towels)
  • Fall, Winter, and Spring 3 night min. stay150.00 per night Mid-Sept to Mid-May. Higher rates for holidays. Please Inquire. Summer: Only wkly rentals-$1300.per wk.- weeks run Sat.to Sat (Mid-May-Mid-Sept.)50% dep. required to hold rental.
  • Weekly summer rate: $1300.00 (includes cleaning, taxes, linens and towels)

    A $500.00 security deposit is required on all weekly rentals and is refunded if no damage.

    A non-refundable pet fee of $60.00.

    Summer weeks run saturday to saturday beginning saturday, may 16, 2009
    And ending saturday, august 29, 2009
