OCEANFRONT 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 10, rent from owner

Our beachfront corner luxury condo is the perfect place for your family vacation. It has one king, one queen, 2 bunkbeds (sleeps 4) and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeping 10, the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated and individually owned and rented. It is about 30 steps away from the beach crosswalk and it is directly oceanfront! We have WIFI, all stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs/DVD players. The villa is positioned so that it's on a private corner with no other buildings close by. You're gonna love the views and the privacy! Check out our photos! Save money by renting from a private owner!

The Pointe West Beach Club which includes an infinity edge pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, cafe, and fitness facility is just steps away. The Beach Club is close enough to enjoy without all the noise of being too close.

The PW beach is the best on the island with no drivers and is groomed routinely...just miles of clean and uncrowded beach.

Galveston is a great place to vacation especially the Pointe West (PW) area on the west side. Our condo is best PW offers...direct beachfront with amazing views and sleeps 10. The PW Beach Club has unmatched amenities....infinity pool, and gym.The latest attraction to open is the Schlitterbahn Water Park. It is unique because it is partially enclosed so it operates year round. Not far from the Schlitterbahn is Moody Gardens. A gulf fishing pier is close by just over the San Luis Pass bridge, 2 miles away. Don't forget the historic downtown area of Galveston that has been restored and is better than ever. There is something for everyone.

As of July 1, Pointe West is charging a one time $25 flat resort fee you pay at the beach club to use the amenities for your stay.
Our condo is non-smoking, no pets and the renter must be 25 yrs or older. We are currently not renting to prom or college groups.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Everything you could want in a beach vacation. The beds were all very comfortable. The view from the deck was spectacular. Access to the pools were easy and hassle free. The location is perfect for a true "get away". If you need to make several trips into Galveston City, you will have a drive. If you are looking to get away, have great facilities, nice amenities, and the most wonderful view on the island, this is for you.

Beautiful condo. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Loved the balcony patio. The teen age girls ended up outside for breakfast most mornings. Plenty of towels and pillows. Nice view of the beach. Nice to have an elevator but used the stairs to reach the condo most times. Also liked the covered parking - very nice! And always love the outdoor shower. Having access to a pool was a definite plus.
