Savor the ocean view from its private terrace and almost everywhere in the unit. Located on the second floor out of the seven floor condo complex (2 apartments/floor). It is fully equipped. One master bedroom with a queen bed, one room with two full beds, the other with three singles and to cover all the details with a maid's quarter and laundry room. This private beach resort 'Paradise' counts with direct ocean access with a sun bathing deck, two pools, a meditation yard, biking tracks, and a restaurant 'Terrazas del Mar' with his famous chef Pascal Finet, who specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. 24 hours, gated area, security. The golf course will be a par 72 and 7250 yards designed by Poellot Golf Designs.
