Bright, modern Malibu beach home, on rustic private road, 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Minimum ONE MONTH summer rental -- available from July 1- September 15 inclusive. Informal, open floor plan, newly remodeled. Private pathway across the street to breathtaking beach. Outdoor patio living, propane BBQ, beautiful newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, double garage automatic opener, fenced yard for your four-legged best friend, private, rustic street. Furniture is practical and comfortable. Enclosed patio and yard with 4 1/2 foot fence. Beautiful bronze and glass gate with dolphins over a 3 dimensional underwater scene. TVs in each bedroom. Master suite has Cal King bed. Other upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom has queen-sized beds.

West Malibu is the rural area of Malibu which is 27 miles long. It is half an hour to the old Getty Museum. It is quiet, truth be known, no nearby nightlife, just pristine clear stars in the sky and the sound of surf. I am in the Broadbeach area of Malibu. Dinner at a local Restaurant at the Sage Room at Kanan and PCH and your chances of seeing a celebrity are VERYgood. Malibu is more a hideaway than a happenin' place, though super market and Starbucks are 5 minutes away. Santa Monica and Los Angeles proper are about 35 minutes south on Pacific Coast Highway. Evenso, the Malibu Cinema, Pepperdine's Smother's Theatre, and excellent live theatre are just 5-20 minutes away.
