We chose this apartment because of it's location plus the fact that it was cheaper than staying at a hotel. We love to play beach volleyball and it is within walking distance to North Ave. Beach. The area offers so many food and activity choices. The view from the roof deck is amazing. Lucky that we went up there the day of check-in because it closed for the winter the next day (Sept 13) which seems early since the weather was still beautiful. We never heard any neighbors except for their doors closing. We did smell cigarette smoke once that must of been coming thru the vents. Our biggest complaint is that the bed is not comfortable and the pillows were about as thick as a folded t-shirt. We had to put pillows from the sofa under the bed pillows. The bed is made out of some sort of foam that squeaks every time you roll over. There is a covered garage with security for the building and although it was $25 a day to keep our car there, it was very convenient.

Owner's Response: The bed frame came loose which caused a noise. We tightened it and there are no problems with the mattress. New, fluffy pillows were purchased and the thinner ones are stored in the closet for one's different preferences. Also a few month's back a letter was submitted to every apartment stating there is no smoking in 100% of the building.
