Completely furnished throughout with two bedrooms, both with Queen size beds, with a Queen sleeper sofa with an additional fold out bed and other sofas. Sleeps 6 ( eight with fold-away and couch) with one bath newly renovated. Central air and heat with a large furnished Florida room. One car Garage , large fenced yard for children or pets.Walk to the beach or Halifax River,one half block away!! Bungalow style home,clean, well maintained with new furniture,indoor washer and dryer, fridge, stove and oven,New Gas outside grill for cookouts, all dishes and utensils.Includes THREE TV's with DVD and cable. Beautifully landscaped with palm trees, plants and flowers. A true home away from home

  • Vacation rental rates
    $200 per day/3 day minimum, $500 per week, $600 with pet upon approval. Parties over six will be
    charged $50/person per stay.
    Weeks start Saturday P.M.,until Saturday A.M.
    $1000 to $1400 for special event weeks ( Daytona 500, Pepsi 400 , Bike week, Biketoberfest,and
    others).SPECIAL NOVEMBER, DECEMBER MARCH APRIL $1200/mt
    Monthly rentals welcome!! $1200 a month, includes Utilities!!
    Special Rates for Three months or more!
    $75 non-refundable maid fee.
  • Terms: 50% deposit with signed contract to hold reserved weeks, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
    Special Event balance due 30 days prior to arrival
    $200 refundable damage deposit ( $300 with pets) is due seven days after booking. This deposit will
    be refunded 10 days
    after stay if there is no damage. Not part of the rental fee.
    Cancellation policy: You must cancel 30 days prior to your reserved date
    No smoking inside!!!
