Photos and Description of the Kailua vacation house rental 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 2-4.

Jasmine House is a large attached apartment, with a large separate bedroom with air conditioning. Located in Kailua five minutes walk from world famous Kailua Beach. Enter through a private gated entrance into a private, courtyard with lots of tropical plants with two outside sitting areas. There is shade from a giant Monkey Pod tree, outdoor shower with hot and cold water great for when you get back from the beach, and view the Koolau Mountains. The cottage is very light, airy, clean, and newly renovated with cool ceramic tile throughout.There is a washer and dryer. The separate bathroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and an option of two futons, large closet, and views of lots of tropical plants with entrance into courtyard. The family room has an eating area and sitting area with a double futon, and a large closet as well as an entrance into the courtyard. Children welcome, additional futons available if needed.

We stayed at Jasmine House while visiting our daughter in Kilua. The owners were most helpful & accomadating. We spent a few days in Maua & the ownes were gracious in accomadating this split stay. Jasmine House is clean, quiet, equiped with everything you need for a vacation in Hawaii. Within a short walking distance (about a 10 min. walk for me) from the beach. I would definately stay there again & recommend Jasmine House to friends.

When we had overflow family visitors at Christmas, we rented Jasmine House for a week to accommodate two of the guests.  They loved it!  Private, clean, with wonderful amenities.  And the attention of gracious owners!
