This 1925 Spanish beauty has been renovated with all the tropical charm and modern amenities.

All beds have high count cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. Plenty of towels and paper goods just bring tooth paste and food. Spanish tiles in newly renovated kitchen with gourmet stove. Cable TV and a DVD, video tape library. Private backyard has fire pit and over sized grill. Imported large dining table makes for great dinners and just hanging out. Just a short walk with tubes and surfboards or drive your car to the world's most famous beaches. Free parking at the end at the beach. About 100 yards to some of the best fishing on the intercoastal Florida can provide. A great time for all who come relax, unwind and party. Whatever your needs Casa La Playa can provide.

Pleasant stay for Biketoberfest 2012

A great property in an ideal location for Daytona Beach Biketoberfest 2012!

A 15-20 minute walk to where all of the 'action' takes place down Main Street, and to more than enough restaurants and cocktail bars (on the beach front).

The house itself was clean, quirky and of ample size to fit our party of 6 (adults). Deborah was a pleasure to to business with, and we would definitely recommend the house to others wishing to visit the area.

Would stay again if ever in the area with such a large group of people.

Great house! We stayed for Daytona Bike Week. Great location! The house was comfortable and roomie for our group of 7 and equiped with all appliances and amenities. The owner Deborah was accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. We really enjoyed the house, and we would definitely stay again!

This house was a great house for our group. The open floor plan and the bedroom layout was perfect for our group of 7. We rented this during Nascar week and were very happy with the location and ease of getting back and forth to the track as well as other attractions within the area. It is located within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shopping, food, or whatever else you may want.

The owners are great people that make you feel like family. I would like to stay there again. They even delivered on the perfect weather for the week.

Home was very well equipped and Debra was great to work with. Enjoyed our time in Daytona.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: Leslie and her group were great guests and enjoyed their stay.
They left my house in tip top condition. I knew they really appreciated getting out of the cold weather. It is always love when your guests are ones I would stay with and enjoy their company.
