Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oyster Bay Manor - it was everything that we hoped it would be: private and picturesque in a perfect location. The photos that you see on this page are a perfect depiction of what to expect. Rod and Roxana met us on arrival to show us around and familiarize us with their home and to make some recommendations on things to do.
We did a great deal of driving, visiting Poulsbo which was fantastic, Mount Ellinor and the Grand Forest which were both stunning. The ferry ride over to Seattle was a real treat for all of us, especially our 9 and 7 year old boys! They also very much enjoyed kayaking on the bay and seeing the seals basking in the sun.
We were there for the Fourth of July fireworks which was a an experience to remember!
Although we are not sure when we will make it back to Washington, we do hope to visit Oyster Bay Manor again one day and have already recommended it to friends of ours as the place to stay!!
NB - we did not read the Guest Book until the evening before our departure and wish we had looked at it before then. Check out the comments and recommendations of guests who have stayed in the past. There were some excellent suggestions and ideas of things to do, especially with the kids.
