Guest bedroom 1: Double and Twin beds

Guest bedroom 2: includes 2 twin beds.

Kitchen: All the conveniences of home!

Living Space: Gorgeous views of Beach and Atlantic Ocean. Well appointed in beach decor. Plasma TV, DVD and VCR

Location: Right in between Fenandina Beach village and Amelia Island Plantation. Right across fro The Surf restaurant (best casual setting on the Island)

Rented direct by owner so enjoy Lower Rates than other condo units all over Island.

This condo was perfect for our family! (2 tween boys and a toddler) The large balcony overlooks the pool, beach and pier (exclusive to this condo). Rooms were very spacious. We will be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
