Contemporary style furnishings, private beach side house. Three bedrooms/one bath, third bedroom with futon. Bathroom newly renovated with new tile, carpet and wood floors throughout home. Very cozy and fun!! Queen bed in master bedroom. Second bedroom features two twin-size beds. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room with wood burning fireplace for the cooler months. Cable TV/DVD . Barbecue area. Perfect for couples, seniors, and families!! Very close to playgrounds for your kids, exciting activities to include miniature golf, shopping (Mall), restaurants, movies, theater/plays or just plain relaxation not to mention a stroll down the beach. Other activities throughout year include Biketoberfest, Race week, Memorial day, 4th of July and Spring Break
