Savannah is a wonderful city to visit and this centrally located two bedroom town house will provide you with a great place to call home while you are here. Located in the Historic District on Lincoln Street between Hall and Huntingdon Streets, it is two blocks from Forsythe Park, two blocks from a very nice Kroger Store (the only supermarket in the Historic District) two blocks from a new upscale day spa, and last but certainly not least two blocks from the liquor store. It is within walking distance of Broughton Street, the City Market, and River Street with many shops, restaurants and great food, great shopping, great sightseeing. Our two story town house has just been completely remodeled. We have off street reserved parking, with direct access to the deck. The bedrooms have new pillow topped queen size beds and a fold down couch in each room. Each bedroom has a full bath and tub/shower, and lots of closet space. The master has a small TV.

What a beautiful townhome for the price. All of the information listed about the location, layout and amenities were accurate. The deciding factor for us renting the place was because it was noted to be close to the Historic activities of Savannah. It was also within walking distance to a grocery store of which we enjoyed. The owner was very gracious. He was on the property when we arrived and assisted us in getting settled in the home. He even presented us with a welcome gift. I will definitely recommend this home to my family and friends and will stay here again. The weekend getaway was a blast thanks to the lodging and it location.
