This property is located on a quiet private barrier beach with Cape Cod bay in front and the Great Salt Marsh in back. It is the ideal place to watch birds and large ships coming into and going out of the canal. It is located in the historic town of Sandwich, well known for its beauty, historic preservation, Sandwich Glass Museum, and the Heritage Plantation. Decks almost surround the home with beautiful views in all directions. It is part of a single row of homes that stretch along the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, sun room, living room and kitchen. High Speed internet is available as well as Cable TV. Washer and Dryer are on the premises. Ideal family vacation home, casual, sunny, and immediate access to the beach and mud flats.

The town of Sandwich is a quaint, authentic, New England town originally established a few years after the landing of the Mayflower. It has retained most of that character. Downtown has the oldest house on Cape Cod, restored, and accepts visitors. There is also a tea house, working grist mill, the famous Sandwich Glass Museum and the Daniel Webster Inn, a wonderful place for breakfast. Sandwich has a movie theatre, access to the Cape Cod Canal bike path, large grocery store, hardware store and other shops. It is a 20 minute drive from Hyanis and an hour to Province Town.
