It borders the Kings Course signature hole, and our building sits as close to the ocean on that fairway as possible--with gorgeous ocean and golf views--including the ocean crashing on the black lava rock just a few hundred feet away.

Hali i Kai is just 20 minutes from the Kona International Airport, and is Waikaloa Beach Resort's newest and highest ranked resort development--just 2 years old. Enjoy shopping and restaurants just a few minutes from our condo. Besides the best location and view in Hali i Kai, the condo has granite kitchen and baths, island style furnishings, a gorgeous master suite with lanai, king bed, and TV. The other 2 bedrooms have queens and their own baths with granite countertops, etc. Internet, cable TV, local free phone, washer/dryer, park next to unit....gorgeous unit in a gorgeous resort.

We spent a week in this spectacular unit and didn't want to leave. The view/location is even better than we originally anticipated--whales breaching just offshore while we sat on the balcony enjoying breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We loved being adjacent to the ocean club and never wanted to leave it. We visited with some folks paying about the same to stay at the Hilton--they felt like prisoners in their little room while we had luxury space and a great kitchen as well. Very very good value. We'll be back!
