Glorious rich reds and burgundy's mix unashamedly with golds & soft beige to make this a truly 5 star home. The south rear facing aspect is onto the nature preserve with a gracious old oak tree in the yard. The lanai & pool deck are not overlooked & the pool deck is huge. A large pool leaves plenty of room for sun loungers & additional chairs. A paradise for the less energetic traveler looking for some serious relaxation. This very special area offers travelers water to the East, South and West. To the East are the waters of Charlotte Harbor, to the South, Boca Pass and an island offering smaller Caribbean style beaches. To the West you are spoiled with 32 miles of wide gulf beaches. For the energetic, 6 golf courses on Rotonda, dozens outside, horse riding, fishing, boats, shops and restaurants.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only
    Between 6-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental
    Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental

    There is a $250 refundable security deposit required with each booking
    For the Golf Scoop, there is a $50 administration fee, then in low season the golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses is free for up to 2 adult guests and up to two children under the age of 14 each one accompanied by a playing adult. (If Golf kart hire is required, it is a personal expense) In High Season 2009, there is an additional charge of $50 per person, per week and in Festive Season 2009 and High Season 2010, the charge will also be $50 per person, per week.
  • Rates can change at any time without prior notice.

    Check-in time is after 4 pm on the day of arrival
    Check-out time is before 11 am on the day of departure

Top Class Baseball: Why not enjoy watching the Charlotte Stone Crabs. The minor leaguers are the Tampa Bay Rays new Class-A Florida State League affiliate. Enjoy watching one or more games between April 11 2009 and September 06, 2009. For special rates and availability, please call us for more details. If you are visiting Florida earlier, the American League Champion Tampa Bay Rays have their spring training camp at the newly renovated Charlotte Sports Park. The season opens on Wednesday February 25 against the Cincinnati Reds and runs until April 04, 2009.

Fantastic Golf: There are plenty of golf courses in the area, but Rotonda alone offers 6 courses and our Golf Scoop promotion is perfect for golf enthusiasts. The 'Golf Scoop' promotion in low season offers up to 2 adult guests and up to 2 children under the age of 14 (each must be accompanied by a playing adult), unlimited free golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses (81 holes). There is an administration fee and if golf carts are used, this is a personal expense.

Fabulous Fishing: Rotonda is perfectly placed for keen anglers. With the coast and the coastal waterway right on your doorstep, backwater fishing and salt water fishing are available. For a relaxing few hours, there are good fish stocks in the waterway behind the house. If you want to experience a day with Capt Jarrett Lombard who is one of the top local fishing guides, we can arrange this for you. He runs several flats boats and takes up to 3 anglers at a time and can provide up to 4 boats at any one time, catering for parties of up to 12 anglers. The enthusiastic angler may well have seen Capt Lombard on the ESPN channel. He competes nationally in the Oh Boy O'Berto Redfish tournaments and his clients travel thousands of miles to spend a day with him. We can arrange this for you, subject to availability, but we do need to give him plenty of notice prior to your arrival.
