Well-appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo overlooking the beautiful emerald waters of Florida's Northwest Gulf Coast. Unit has been recently renovated with fresh paint and new furniture. An oversize balcony, with unobstructed ocean views and pool views, is accessible from the living room and from the master suite. Being located on the 3rd floor provides easy and quick access to elevators and parking, without compromising the breathtaking views. Other features include in-room washer and dryer, ceramic tile flooring throughout, dining table, and new 42" and 19" LCD flat screen televisions. On-site 18 hole golf course, fitness room, meeting rooms, and covered parking are just a few of the amenities this unit provides. On-site management and maintenance provided by Seascape Resort. Centrally located to outlet malls, restaurants, fishing, boating, and all the other activities found along the World's Most Beautiful Beaches!

We stayed at this condo over spring break. It was very nice and we would certainly return. The owners were easy to work with, as was the management company. The condo is just a smidge past its prime, but more than adequate. Unlike other VRBO's we have stayed at before, it had absolutely NO extras in the kitchen you might want...condiments, coffee filters (we left some), plastic wrap, etc., so bring your own. The real advantage is the location and the price...it's very nice to go from beach to pool to condo...keeps the place clean! The beachfront is beautiful. Comfortable bed, too!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My family and I have stayed here for the past two years and have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The property is very family friendly and a tremendous amount of fun. We have stayed at several places in Destin, but none have been any more enjoyable than this property.

Looking forward to our next stay already!

My family just returned from our stay and found the accommodations were VERY nice. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony was AMAZING!!! All information and pictures on the listing is accurate. Will definitely return!!

breathtaking views. Pictures just don't do it justice. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. We cannot wait to return next year!
