Excellent family vacation spot!!!

I so enjoyed out vacation at this home that I will be coming back next year. The house is in a great location to beach, fishing pier, dining and night life. Everythining that we needed was there including boogie boards for the kids. The owner who lives on site was so nice and included a surf lesson for the boys and thats all they talk about. I will be recommending this place to everyone I go that is going out to California. We loved it. Thank you for making the boys first vacation to California their best, they even like the condo and beach better than disney or any other beach we would stop at. We stayed in anaheim for a few days and then returned to san diego for our flight out but had to drive down to Imperial Beach for our last good bye and then called the owner and he let us use the surf boards for an hour. He went beyond my expectations. Also if you stay here yu can rent fishing poles on the end of the pier and there are a great group of guys to help you out with fishing. The whole community is super.

So Much More Than Expected!!

This was my first experience ever renting someone's home or even staying by the beach. I was scared the place wasn't going to be as described but to my amazement, it was more than I ever thought it would be!

This place is very clean and spacious with new appliances and newer furnishings. I loved that we had a new washer and dryer because it never dawned on me that we'd ever need one! But those beach towels can be pretty smelly after a day at the beach and you really need to wash them!

The pricing of the daily rate was great and more than fair. And the cleaning deposit was low! Much, much lower than most other places. The owner is very curtious, sweet and ready to help with any questions or directions you may need. He even offers FREE surfing lessons for the children on your stay! Another plus... he has a couple of boogie boards left on your balcony so you can hit the beach and have fun!

This place isn't right on the beach BUT.. it practically is! It's only short 2 minute walk and you're there! I highly recommend Wesley's place.. especially for those on a tight budget with children or teenagers. The beach area is great, clean and even has a playground with bathrooms and basketball courts. It's the perfect setting!

There are small shops, boutiques and convenience stores nearby, only a block away. There are even grocery stores and restaurants less than 1 mile away. Everything is SO convenient!! Me and my family will definately be back!!
