This is the Cape Cod you dream about: sand dunes, sea roses, a lighthouse in the distance, sailboats and seabirds. Chatham is a charming town with Friday night band concerts, Cape League baseball games and summer theater. Visitors all over the Cape come to Chatham to walk the quaint downtown with unique shops and great restaurants. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 4 houses from a private foot bridge across a salt marsh to Ridgevale Beach. A short walk to the public beach finds a snack bar, toilets, rental kayaks, sailboats and wind surfers. You can even wade across to Harding's Beach and walk all the way to the lighthouse. Sleeps 6. Three bedrooms ( 2 with queen beds and one with 2 twins). Upstairs queen has slider to deck with distant ocean view. 1.5 baths and enclosed outdoor shower. New eat in fully equipped kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout.

Ridgevale Beach is one of the most beautiful spots on the Cape. Our neighborhood Bucks Creek overlooks both the marsh and beach and has a private foot bridge to the beach. The Beach is wonderful for families with warm calm water on the marsh side where kids can crab, wade, play in the tidal pools and float with the tide. The long Nantucket Sound sandy beach is perfect for strolls, shelling and swimming in the gentle waves. Chatham is a great location for day trips to the National Seashore, Provincetown, whale watching and the ferry to Nantucket.

Notes: The house is very comfortable and suitable for children. There is a separate den with cable TV and DVD player as well as a large living room/dining room. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The eat in kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, granite countertops and ceramic back splash and ceramic tile floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for all meal preparation, service and clean up. New Washer and Dryer and outside clothes line. Nice yard for kids to play in with New Webber Gas grill as well as a charcoal Webber grill. Outdoor table/chairs with umbrella,and chaise lounges.
