This is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the Old Blue Wailea golf course. It has a fabulous 180 degree ocean view. Come and enjoy the awesome view from our lanai (and living/dining rooms) featuring spectacular views of Maui's neighboring islands of Molokini, Lanai and Kahoolawe. Each bedroom has its own private bath and lanai. The living room and each bedroom have vaulted ceilings and air conditioning. Ceiling fans are in every room while louvered windows let in the gentle breezes. Very clean and well kept with top of the line kitchen utensils. 42-inch flat screen TV with Cable service, stereo, VCR & DVD in living room with high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, as are an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. No charge for local, U.S. Mainland and Canada phone service. Electric Bar-B-Que on Lanai and charcoal Bar-B-Que next to building.

The Beaches: We are also just a 5-minute drive to fabulous snorkeling beaches. All beaches on Maui are public beaches so you are also close to the beautiful beach in front of the Grand Wailea Resort and Four Seasons Resort. All in all, you have 4 fabulous beaches to choose from within minutes of the condo.

The View: As you walk into the living room of our condo, the sweeping panoramic view of the ocean will take your breath away. You can enjoy the awesome sunsets from the main lanai or the living/dining rooms. You can enjoy your meals on the main lanai while watching the beautiful azure seas of the Pacific Ocean. During the winter months, you can also watch the whales out on the ocean as the they frolic in the ocean as you enjoy the warm gentle breezes.
